2.Ticket Retrieval: After successful online booking,you would receive a confirmation massage of your payment via phone. With the code number, you could get a paper ticket at the Front Gate of Chimelong Paradise

3.Offers and Discounts: Free Policy: Free to children whose height is under 1.0 meter. (An adult who holds a whole price ticket can take a child.)

5. Reminder：

1) A ticket is available for the whole scenery spot and no additional payment is required for. (except the payment for purchases from shops in the park.)

2) The package tickets of two garden which are related to Chimelong International Circus must be used within a day. Visitors will be tied a wrist strap at the ticket counter when enter the scenery spot; and visitors enter the Chimelong International Circus with the wrist strap (tearing off will be invalid) and ticket.

3) We will not refund or compensate for the programs which can’t be done due to the reason of weather, natural disasters and maintenance of machines.

4)To ensure that collect tickets and enter well, please fill out your real information such as name and phone number when you reserve the tickets.

5) As outdoor activity, Guangzhou Crocodile Park is greatly influenced by force majeure factors like weather. We recommend that you check the weather forecast before your trip.

6)Visitors of Chimelong Paradise can play for evening session. It will not be cleared except in special circumstances.

7)One order can be change only once.

8) Visitors who reserve the ticket of Chimelong International Circus should read the corresponding explanation carefully before reservation. No refund once you pay successfully.
