"Worst company ever": So our flight was cancelled because of bad weather condition. Not only the company send us the email one our before our flight so we were already in the taxi that they won't pay us back but when we arrived to the airport they refuse to call us on the next day to tell us if we could Take off on the next day. Not helpful at all and they also cancelled our flight back from Bejing to Shanghai without even giving us a reason. So far I still don't know if and when I will be able to start my Holliday. I highly not recommend this company who really don't care at all about their customers. It's a shame

"Punctual airline with strange food": Better than expected flight. Very punctual airline and crew speak English quite good. One minus was very strange snack - bread with sugared meat and mayonnaise (on other airline they give you cookies). Anyway, I recommend the airline and this site for booking!
