"China eastern need to fix the service": 1. My first flight is cancleed the day before. They change to this flight. Takes 4 hours in qiue. Less people who handle the refund and change flight. 2. This flight, we have in the waiting room. Cancelled again due to bad weather. Again take 4 hours to get the refund. At the end, no straight refund, we have to contact travel agent where we buy the tickets. 3. China eastern needs to put a gueat relation who will tell which counter to go. For every people who need to get the refund or reachedule the flight. 4. Make systerm , do not do a lot of handwriting things. Take long time. 5. No wonder there are a lot of complaining, arguing, fightinf. Your staffs work so good but with bad syatem, they become difficult. 6. I have not received my money back untill now. Hopefully they return my money. Full amount.
