"Flight cancelled and no previous warning": I don't understand how the flight was cancelled and didn't receive any information about that... only in he check-in I was informed about that... honestly that's an awful costumer service. They schedule another flight leaving an hour after. Unfortunately my opinion is negative.

"Comfortable experience, highly recommended": Despite I travelled in the economy class, I had a comfortable travel: the space for my legs was huge, the seat very comfortable, I also received a pillow and a blancket to enjoy my rest. The Chinese staff could speak an excellent English. The hostess and the stewards were kind and gentle. We had a delay because of the bad weather conditions in Beijing and in Shanghai.

"Bad information - flight canselled": The flight disepeared. Very difficult to get information what to do. St lesst find a ticket office and after some time they rebooked me to another flight. Delayed tp Shanghai and I still do nit know what happend
