"Excellent flight, but China Eastern was a bit lacking.": My booking was flawless. The flight itself was terrific. While at the airport, there was a one hour long delay followed by a gate change. The issue was that they never announced the gate change in English (all other announcements were In Chinese and English). I nearly miss by fought because of this.

"Great experience as normal": My flight was very pleasurable. The staff was great and attentive to my needs. The meal was decent and filling. I always enjoy flying China Eastern when my business requires me to do so. I will use them again on the future as often as possible.
