"Cheap flights, but in no way a budget airline": Flight was exceptionally cheap, and yet seats had plenty of leg room (I'm six foot), a meal and drinks were included, staff were all every friendly, and spoke English and Chinese, check-in was efficient. All in all a pleasant flight that was also very cheap.

"BABY'S TICKET": We had a terrible experience trying to get our baby's ticket at the airport. Your website does not provide the alternative to pay for it. It would be my recommendation for you to find a way to sell baby's ticket too. We almost loose the flight. For a non-chinese speaker this is something important. And also for a family traveling with bags, strollers, bag packs, etc. It is not easy to run around the airports trying to get photocopies of baby's passport to be able to get baby's tickets.
