"Pleasant flight- unreliable airline- Good booking company"
My flight on Hainan airlines was fine. However my original booking took me to Shijiazhuang NOT Beijing. The airline cancelled the original flight and made it for the next day. I had to scramble around to rebook and it cost me almost another $100 US and THEN arrange to get from PEK to SJW. Maggie at China Travel Depot was communicative right away and cancelled the next day booking....BUT (and this is my complaint with ALL booking agencies) while they were quick to collect the refund process of 3 to 30 days is NOT acceptable. I will recommend CTD but not Hainan airlines. Peace.
