"The worst travel experience I have ever had"
The flight was 7.5 hours late, therefore I missed my connection and marathon that I had trained for months for. The food was awful, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Never again will I fly with China Southern, a truly terrible, terrible experience. They are absolute idiots.

"Flight is on time, service is on the spot!"
The flight is on time. The ground crews at the boarding gate are fast and efficient. The air crews are polite and efficient throughout the 2 hour flight. However, your flight did not serve Tomato Juice but the air crews were happy to serve hot water instead. Overall service is well above satisfaction.
