"Could have been better"
Family with two very young children were given separated seats at check in. When we got on the plane we were able to swap seats with passengers with some help from the crew, but the issue could have been avoided had the check-in staff used some initiative and common sense. Older plane with no individual entertainments systems, not so great, especially for kids. Crew were helpful when a child was sick during landing. Toilets had very dirty floors - not good.
