"Great flight. On time. Team very pleasent. Everything was fast enough": We wanted to take a train but to save time we decided to fly and it was really good to shorten the trip time and to be treated so good in a so short flight everything on time unlike many other flights. There was not an unexpected issue and no food so I marked 1 (I think that means N/A

"Senza trucco e... senza inganno": Abbiamo comprato due biglietti Guilin Shanghai pagandoli meno della metà di quanto richiesto dai competitors. Quando la ricerca della prenotazione sul sito della compagnia aerea non è andata a buon fine abbiamo temuto il peggio... invece è andato tutto bene., Grazie

"Great flight..": We used China Travel Depot to book an intermediate flight in China and it went very well...We have no Chinese language skills but found the staff helpful and despite limited English speaking they made everything work smoothly...Thanks

"Delayed and poor communication": This flight was exactly what I expected from a budget airline- delayed, old plane, poor communication in English from all staff, and a bit of a bumpy ride all around. It also took 30+ minutes for bags to arrive upon landing.

"Air China : No communication after flight was cancelled because of the bad weather": Our flight was cancelled due the bad weather in Shanghai. Air China did not provided much information and took 2 hours to transfer us to a hotel in Guilin. They did not provided in a timely manner any kind of information to passenger or the hotel staff about the next flight. We had to call Air China head office and Airport to get information in my very basic Chinese knowledge. Our flight was delayed for 24 hours.

"Great flight, great service!": After one flight my limited assessment is that Air China is up there with the best Australian airlines. New aircraft. Great service on the ground and in the air. And in-flight announcements in English as well as Chinese.
