"fast decision": There are some problems with bad weather condition . So after 45 min of waiting, the compagny decided to bring us in a hotel near the aeroport .We have received a dinner and a room and at 3 AM we have gone to the aeroport . We arrived in Shanghai at 6 AM on the morning . The compagny was good !

"Fast service": I bought my ticket via Internet and I didn't know the Shenzhen Airlines until now. Th flight was very good, on time and with a good assistance from the flight attendants. I recommended this air company for all people who needs to travel inside China
