CCOTC (Changjiang Cruise Overseas Travel Co.) is one of the biggest, most luxurious and professional Yangtze cruise line. There are two cruise ship series: Angel Series and Victoria Series ships. “Victoria Series” consists of MS Victoria 1,2,3,5,7,Victoria Pearl,Victoria Princess and Victoria Star,the Victoria sisters are the only ships on the Yangtze have years of renowned sailings and were tastefully designed in cooperation with a western cruise company. Our fashion show will feature costumes through out the ages. And our dance show, traditional dress are from Inner Mongolia to Yunnan.   •  Tea and Cheongsam: You will be able to sample teas from all over China and be taught the difference between green , Oolong, red, medicinal and herbal teas. You can try on or buy a traditional suit of clothes for women—Qipao and appreciate the fashion show on stage with a variety of historical dress.
     Recreation and Gymnastic: The Recreation and Gymnastic Center of the cruise ship provides tourists with free equipments for improving their health, and you may exercise in the gymnasium at any moment, or you can jog around top side.
     Visiting the Bridge: At intervals, the tourists are arranged to visit the bridge on the 4th deck where you will get to know the ship’s operation and the Yangtze River better.
     Tai Chi Chuan: At dawn or dusk guests will stand on the Sundeck to practice Tai Chi Chuan under a professional’s guidance; each movement displays the Chinese profound culture.
     Calligraphy & Painting: Chinese calligraphy and painting are famous for their particular fascination with misty landscapes. The artists will show you their talent, after that you will have a chance to practice by yourself.
     Captains Dinner Party: Champaign flows, good cheer overflows in a fond goodbye Zai jian, (see you again), the only way to say goodbye to the Chinese. We know you will come back in another season; the lush summer or the snow peaked winter.
     Captains Cocktail Party: Usually, on the first or second day, the captain will hold a cocktail party for his guest, and its a good chance to know the captain and crew while drinking champagne.
     Folk Arts: The CCOTC has its Song & Dance Group that will perform the folk dances, acrobatics, magic, cross talk (comic dialog), instrumental music and other acts from the minorities.
     Gathering: Most attendants from every section have much talent for performing. They are good at dancing and singing, when you get to know each other, it will be like a family gathering, and you might even find yourself on stage.

Destination: Chongqing
Highlights:Get Board

Preboard at Chongqing ‘ Face to Heaven ’ pier.
Chongqing, which is a modern city, China's fourth municipality after Beijing, Shanghai, and Tianjin. Within its borders Chongqing encompasses a wealth of water reserves, mineral resources, dense forests, and abundant flora and fauna. The focal point of the unique Yangtze Three Gorges Dam, Chongqing is a tourist attraction as well as a commercial city.


Day2

Destination: Fengdu
Highlights:Ghost City

08:00 Am Depart from Chongqing. Shore Excursion to Ghost City in Fengdu.
Fengdu is where the devil lives, according to Chinese legend. They say that spirits go to heaven, and evil goes to Fengdu. The town is overlooked by Ming Shan Hill, home of Tianzi, the King of the Dead.


Day3

Destination:
Highlights:Qutang Gorge, Wu Gorge, Lesser Three Gorges or Shennong Stream

Pass through the Qutang Gorge . Shore Excursion to Lesser Three Gorges.(or Shennong Stream). Pass through Wu Gorge and Xiling Gorge.
Qutang Gorges is the first of the Three Gorges on the Yangtze River. With vertical cliffs of some thousand meters high as its two flanks, the Qutang Gorge is only a few dozens of meters wide just like a narrow gateway.
The Wu Gorge is gifted with exquisite peaks and lush mountains and ranges. It's deep and serene with changeable weather. The rolling River twists and turns and boats zigzag their way along, as if cruising in a fantastic gallery.
Shennong Stream, a tributary of the Yangtze River, rises in the southern part of Shennongjia Natural Reserve. With crystal clear steam flows swiftly from north to south through deep gorges, a sampan tour will allow you to experience a speedy adventure.
The lesser Three Gorges, situated on a tributary of the Yangtze, are much smaller, narrower and have some dramatic scenery. On both sides impressive stone cliffs are interspersed with surrounding rural scenery and forested areas.


Day4

Destination: Yichang
Highlights:Three Gorges Dam, Xiling Gorge Passengers disembark from the ship

08:00 Am Disembark in Maoping pier. Visit the Three Gorges Project. Arrive in Yichang.
Three Gorges Damis 27 miles upstream from Yichang City, 38km upstream from the Gezhouba Dam Lock, inside the third of the Three Gorges. The height of the Three Gorges Dam will be 185 meters. All 26 generators will be put into operation. The project is scheduled for completion in year 2009.
Yichang City is located at the west of China's Hubei Province, where the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River are divided. For a very long time, it has been renowned as "Gateway to the Three Gorges".


Upstream: Yichang To Chongqing

Day1

Destination: Yichang
Highlights:Get aboard

Preboard on Maoping pier (or Taiping Stream pier)
Yichang City is located at the west of China's Hubei Province, where the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River are divided. For a very long time, it has been renowned as "Gateway to the Three Gorges". Today, as well as a cultural and tourist city in China, Yichang remains a brisk river port of China, controlling the access to Chongqing City to its southwest.


Day2

Destination: Three Gorges
Highlights:Three Gorges Dam site, Xiling Gorge

Shore Excursion to the Dam site. Depart from Yichang. Pass through the Xiling Gorge.
Three Gorges Dam site, which is 27 miles upstream from Yichang City, 38km upstream from the Gezhouba Dam Lock, inside the third of the Three Gorges. The height of the Three Gorges Dam will be 185 meters. All 26 generators will be put into operation. The project is scheduled for completion in year 2009.
Xiling Gorge is the last of the Three Gorges on the Yangtze. The whole Gorge area is covered with high mountains, gullies, dangerous shoals and hidden reefs of various sizes. The best-known perilous shoal is Qing Shoal. Ships go downstream over the shoal at an arrow speed, but up the shoal it's as difficult as climbing a steep hill.


Day3

Destination: Three Gorges

  • COOTC Victoria Series
  •   Victoria Pearl : The accommodations and facilities of Victoria Pearl were up to a 4 star rating international hotel. Installed with engines of 2640 h.p., she has a speed of 28 km per hour in still water. The public areas of the Yangtze Pearl are well laid out.
