Meet at Xi'an airport by local English-speaking tour guide and then start your private day tour to the Terracotta Warriors Museum.
This incredible 2000 year-old army of life-sized warriors, each one unique, is part of the underground tomb of the Emperor Qin. Well over 7000 figures were drawn up in full battle array in several large pits. Many of the figures, including soldiers, archers, horses and chariots, have been restored, and the repairs and excavations continue at the site where you can see both repaired and broken warriors in a truly impressive display. There is also an excellent museum, including bronze chariots unearthed nearby, and a film about the history and discovery of the tomb. From parking place to the entrance, it will take you bout 15 minutes on foot. Lunch is included in this tour.
After the tour transfer to Xi'an airport for your flight to next destination. If time permits you may also add one more site to visit on your own expense before departure, such as Big Wild Goose Pagoda or Shannxi Historical Museum.
During today's tour, a Chinese cultural shop visit is organized.

Cancellation and refund policy for Activities reservation

If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, you must advise us in writing to Activities@ChinaTravelDepot.com by e-mail or 0086-10-58158822 by fax. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. If you do not then please contact us to ensure your letter has been received.
To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your cancellation notice or letter or how you would like us to deal with your payment providing that we have received your full payment for the tours.
