  Today's Activities:This morning, our professional tour guide and driver will pick up you from your hotel and drive to Beijing Cuisine School. In the cooking school you are arranged to learn cooking three different dishes and getting to know the secrets of excellent Chinese culinary skill. It is a hand on learning experience. You will enjoy the three dishes as your lunch. After lunch,ti is a driving to a local Fruite & Vegetable Market. It is a community market where local community people come for purchasing vegetable, meats, fruites, the many spices and other life necessities that make Chinese cooking special. Then we will move on to one of the branches of the century-old traditional Daoxiangcun Foodstuffs Store. The store used to produce light snack served to the royal family or governmental officials in the Qing Dynasty. Now it has become one of the local people's must-have snacks of Beijing.Then we will continue to a visit to Hutong by rickshaw. Through the hutongs' teeming maze of alleys, you will see the old courtyard houses and learn about the daily life of ordinary Beijing citizens. Enjoy a high tea ceremony in a traditional tea house, visit one of the local family and learn how to make dumpling with the housewife. Dumpling is a typical Chinese food and can be dated back two thousands years ago. You will be transferred back to your hotel after the tour.
