We used China Travel Depot to book an intermediate flight in China and it went very well...We have no Chinese language skills but found the staff helpful and despite limited English speaking they made everything work smoothly...Thanks

I was very unhappy I was not allowed to board this flight and forced to purchase another flight for that night. That flight was delayed 1 hour 15 mins. I was not allowed on my flight because the “plane got full and it was Chinese New Year” this is what I was told. It is very wrong to treat someone this way. I bought my ticket in advance and had a seat. I am very unsatisfied and I will not be using this airline again. I was treated unfairly. Wasted my time and my money. I did not feel valued as a customer.
