On this flight, I saw a lady got burned by hot coffee as few rows in front of me. I guess the Air Hostess left the hot coffee off her hand just before the lady passenger held onto it, so the hot coffee dropped onto her lap and she could not move due to strapped down seat belt. I felt sorry for both. I am an international traveler and have traveled many airlines. Most airlines uses a small tray to hand hot drinks to passengers just to eliminate such accident. I think this procedure should be adopted by all airlines. Apart from this incident of real life drama on this flight, I would say that it is more punctual than China Southern.

The flight itself was great but security checks are overdone. I guess they haven't heard yet that having a Bic lighter in your checked luggage no longer presents a problem in the rest of the world.
