I sent an email to reschedule the flight and got a return phone call from China depot.they rescheduled by flight at the best possible price..great service ..this is not the case with most ticketing portal..thanks

Got on plane and everyone boarded on time. The plane taxied a little around the tarmac then waited for 1hr. No notice as to why.
