まず、広州出発が、１時間数十分遅れてアモイ到着が２３時を回っていた。
私の前の席が非常口の席だったが、そこに座っていた子供３人連れた女性を私の列の席に変更し、私の席の隣に子供２名が座ることになった。子供は騒がしくて困ると思い、客室乗務員に席を変更してくれるようにリクエストしたが、席に座ってくれ（シットダウン）といっただけで何の対応もしてくれなかった。
満席に近くて席がなかったのだとしても少しは席を探す努力をしてほしかったし、代わりの席がないことをあやまってほしかった。
この航空会社はもう利用する機会もないと思うが、次回は別の航空会社を利用するだろう。
