Another great flight with Hainan Airlines. This is the fourth time I've flown with them and it's always been great. Food was great, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The plane was like brand new.

出発が遅れているのに搭乗時刻が不明で案内されず、搭乗口でずっと待たなくてはいけませんでした。なぜDelay表示しなかったのでしょうか？ピストン輸送で夕方便は遅れるリスクがあると理解していても不満でした。安全且つ定時の運行を望みます。
