The crew on this flight were exceptional. They were very friendly at the onset of the flight and while I know it is part of their job to greet the passengers as the board , they seemed to genuinely liked their jobs and did not see it as routine. While I did not need help with anything during the flight I observed that they were very attentive as they walked the aisle constantly during the flight attending to the needs of other passengers. It was a very pleasant flight and I would definitely fly with them again.

My flight with China Eastern was excellent. The China Eastern representative in the lobby at the airport was quite friendly and helpful and assisted me with my self check in. This made my day because my Mandarin is nonexistent and so I am normally tense when travelling in China as a foreigner because of the challenges that can ensue as a result of the language barrier. This young woman made my day because of her friendly demeanor and the way she carried out her job, you could tell that she was a people person and this was greatly appreciated. This set the tone for my flight and for my trip and I was not disappointed. The crew on the flight were pleasant and the best part I got to my destination before the ETA given ... So that was great.
