A good flight with good staff when it eventually took off. The four hour delay created havoc with my travel plans, which is not easy to cope with when trying to resolve them in a foreign language. Western food options would be NICE!!!

到着した時カウンターが一つしかオープンしていなく、長蛇の列にやむなく並んだが、さらに続々と後ろに人が並んだ。係員が突然現れ、ありえないことに、今来て後ろに並んでばかりの人を、これからオープンさせるカウンターに誘導。長い時間並んでいる人のクレームに耳も傾けず、さっさといなくなる始末。機内のCAの態度も極めて不愉快で、面倒くさいという態度で接客している。２時間のDELAYもあり、2度と利用しない。
