I was very impressed with the staff! Traveling with kids can be quite challenging especially when doing it alone, which was the case for me. The staff was very helpful and I am truly grateful for their kindness and attentiveness. Thank you Air China your staff is truly awesome!

Most MU airline takes time around 30min.I think that he crew should explain to passenger why the flight should delayed and how long should wait more.

Most China Eastern Airline delayed around 30min. So I think that the crew should explian to passenger why the flight should delayed.
