たまたま私が乗った日は天候が悪く、機内への搭乗、さらには離陸まで何度も待たされましたが、稀なケースだったのではないかと思います。
機内のクルーは乗り継ぎを控えて焦りまくっている私に一生懸命対応してくれましたよ。

Since i was flying on this low cost airline for the first time i never ever imagined that the airline will fly on time but i was shocked & amazed to see that the flight took-off on the right time which is more important than anything as i had to take the connecting flight from shanghai to hongkong & onward to mumbai on the same day.

Nice modern plane - could do with a wash on the outside to wipe away the grime of Chinese pollution. Food was just awful - didn't try the rice dish, pea snack were OK but not to my taste. Perhaps they could offer a European menu. Service was very friendly.
