I don't understand how the flight was cancelled and didn't receive any information about that... only in he check-in I was informed about that... honestly that's an awful costumer service. They schedule another flight leaving an hour after. Unfortunately my opinion is negative.

This was our first ever internal flight in China and it was fine. The staff were helpful and courteous, the seats were comfortable, the food was tasty and we arrived on time. The only negative was the time taken for luggage to be delivered to the carousel ... This is probably not the fault of the airline.
