Missed this flight because the first China southern flight was extremely late -- China Southern help desk barely tried to help at all, and wouldn't issue a refund or any sort of assistance in buying a completely new ticket. China Travel Depot tried to help out, but China Southern would not allow it.

Our morning flight was cancelled but we were rebooked to an evening flight. We were given free hotel, breakfast and lunch for our wait. Evening flight CZ6909 was very good. Great service and food.

flight was okay. crew was good. at hohhot everyone had to get off the plane wait in terminal then rebound same plane. meal was not very good.
