Oui, impressionné par l'efficacité du personnel au sol au niveau de l'embarquement qui a vraiment été très rapide. Les circonstances météo ont fait que le vol est parti en retard mais seule la nature est en faute et pendant l'attente les passagers ont pu manger un très bon repas. Le vol s'est bien passé, le service était fait avec le sourire et professionnalisme. Donc compagnie à recommander.

A pesar que el vuelo sufrió un atraso de 1.5hs.nos mantuvieron permanentemente al tanto de las razones del atraso y cuando iba efectivamente a llegar el avión, cuando eso sucedió nos pidieron disculpas por el atraso y nos preguntaron si alguien nos esperaba en Xi'an y si deseábamos avisarle que llegábamos más tarde. Nos pareció un gesto de cortesía y responsabilidad. El vuelo fue excelente, como así también la atención y la comida. Me sorprendió gratamente.

The boarding was a little chaotic... No announcement in English and the gate was super crowed, not a nice terminal.
The boarding wasn't on time ... But we arrived on time in Shanghai.
The plane seats were confortable and the food was very nice with a selection of beverages.
