We actually missed this flight due to a typhoon.The team at China Travel Depot were fantastically flexible in their approach and had no trouble with rebooking the flight and helping me out with a hotel on short notice. My flight had a delay so the company offered me the possibility to travel in business class on a flight departing earlier for Beijing. I accepted the proposal and had a very nice trip.
The aircraft was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with extra services.
The Chinese staff could speak an excellent English and was open to assist travellers in a gentle way during the flight.
I really enjoyed the flight. Strongly recommended.
