The flight was 4.5 hours late. When we arrived in a hurry at the checkin 50minutes before sceduled departure time the lady there did not tell us there was any delay (she must have known as all flight to the west of China were delayed) and we were stressed out as security was extremely slow. Arriving at the gate, there was nobody that could answer our question in english. 4 hours later they said only in chinese that the flight would leave now, luckily anothet passanger told us! The staff on the flight was also quizze rude, there was no excuse about the delay. I also don't understand why phones in flight mode can't be used for entertainment like in all other countries.
