Unfortunately we had to wait for nearly 2hrs on the tarmac before taking off. It would have been good to have had some refreshment while we waited.

As a foreign tourist I was greatly impressed with all aspects of the travel I had with Hainan. From booking on-line to check-in to customer service in-flight I was very happy. Of particular note was the in-flight announcements in english and the excellent english skills of the hostesses. It puts our Australian efforts in regard to tourist needs in my country to shame. All the old stories and warnings not to fly with Chinese airlines has been well and truly put to rest
Thank you for the excellent service you provided for my daughter and myself.

The aircrew of Hainan aitlines were extraordinary. Also, the 'performance' at the beginning and end of the flight was exceptional when the staff face the crew, beautiful smiles and the bow in sequence. Left a fantastic memory and hope to fly Hainan airline again

The line up to get onto the plane took much longer than expected but the flight was still more or less on time on arrival. Flight crews are helpful & courteous. The captain kept us well inform of all the situation regarding the flight at all time. The plane is tidy & clean. The experience is much better than some of the domestic flights I took recently in the USA in all categories & accounts.
