Our flight from chongqing to xi'an was delayed by approximately an hour and a half but as is usually the case some delays are just out of anyone's hands. Once we were boarded the staff was welcoming, helpful & professional, nothing more can be asked for.

The food is ok and is served in generous portions. If the seats are bit bigger it would be good.They are somewhat worn out but not too bad. The overall service is good
