My flight from Shanghai to TaiYuan was a good flight. Comfortable with the usual good Chinese hospitality. I would recommend this airline to anyone travelling in China.

My original flight was on Tuesday morning (March 28) which got cancelled. We had to choose a Monday night flight because the next flight on Tuesday would have us arriving back in SH too late for our ongoing flight to Singapore.
The hotel obviously could not refund us the last night stay since the change happened very late, and so we lost out having to book another night in Shanghai.
I'm disappointed that as the agent who had booked both flight and hotel for us you were not able to do anything to improve the situation.
