When we arrived at the airport, we found out the flight was canceled. After strongly demanding for seats in the next available flight, the MU staff supported arrange it for us with out additional charges. So we were in time for the flight back to BKK.

China East is my new go-to airline. What a pleasant experience. Friendly staff, clean jet, informative announcements (only a slight delay taking off) and confortable seats. The meal was not bad either. Pay a little more to fly Chinea East if you can.
