We had a very good flight on a fairly new A330 Airbus and a nice meal.The only thing we were upset about was they didn't advise us that our flight was cancelled and that they put us on an earlier flight,and it was just lucky we were at the airport early as the new flight departed at 1235

The flight was on time. The crew were friendly and happy. The in flight service was very good. It was disappointing we were not able to check in electronically for this flight in Chengdu airport, however, checking in at the desk was smooth with a lovely and friendly assistant

I flew business class from Beijing to Chengdu, seats were comfortable and roomy. The flight staff was very courteous. Overall, a nice airline and worth it for the price.
