ホテル日航系列として日本人スタッフもいましたが、昨年日航系列ではなくなりました。それまでは日本人旅行者、出張者の定宿的存在でしたが、日本人スタッフもいなくなったため今後対応がどうなるかな、というところです。ただ古くから有るホテルなので、よほど新人のタクシー運転手でなければ名前を見せればほぼわかります。（発音は意外と難しいため通じづらいです）秀水にも歩ける距離かつ地下鉄駅も近いので便利です。

地下鉄一号線の永安里駅から徒歩2,3分で便利でした。ホテルのスタッフは普通に親切でした。日本語が通じるかは試していませんが、英語が普通に通じました。
