唐山市の中心部、最近できた万達広場のすぐ向かいに位置しており、買い物や散策にも便利です。唐山には最近外資系のホテルができていますが、それらより値段は安いものの部屋も清潔で管理がしっかりしている印象でした。朝食は２０階の展望レストランで品数はすくないですが食べられます。
