: Hi Carol, We are back to Kuala Lumpur and have rested a bit now. The trip was a great success! We have enjoyed our trip and thanks for making sure the arrangement was all as per our discussions. All in all we are happy with the whole tour: Shanghai, Huangshan, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Beijing, and Huangshan was the highlight of the tour! Just my preference after having stayed at three star hotel deluxe room and four star standard room, I think if deluxe room in three star is of much better standard than four star standard room, then I would have preferred that. We enjoyed staying at the Greenland Jiulong in Shanghai a bit better than the hotel in Beijing. Please find attached the feedback form and it was nice working with you to arrange the tour. : Good morning Carol, I have to say that overall, I cannot have been more pleased with your travel services. Your guides were always there when we arrived at a new destination, were completely helpful in getting us to check in, and I loved each of the tours at each spot that we had decided upon. It was quick travel, a certain "Taste of China" that was dictated by our time frame, but I would love to have spent more time. The hotels were generally very good. My previous trip to China was also organized by you, so I already knew of your good service, but now I can recommend it as excellent. My wife and I want to thank you for this wonderful tour, and we will be looking forward to our return to China in the future, as there are many other sights and experiences to enjoy.The ancient water town in China is quite different from that in Europe, and it can be called Vennis in oriental. Hangzhou is a beautiful city, and I hope I have a chance to go there again. All the best, Christopher A. Ross Canada

: Hello Tom, We had a wonderful time in China on our tour and are so glad we decided to go with China Travel Depot. The entire tour exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to use your services again or recommend it to others. Hopefully these answers to your questions will be of use to you. We thought that all of the timings for each location were excellent the way they were. For many of the sites we visited (Forbidden City, Ming tombs, etc.) our guides did a great job of showing us the highlights of such large grounds. We never felt rushed or that we had missed anything. Having the guides only enhanced our experience as they were able to share fascinating information about each site and provide a personal insight into each visit.All of the meals were very good on the trip, in fact the food exceeded our expectations on several occasions. The best breakfast that we had was at the Holiday Inn. Their breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever had. Our favorite lunch was actually in Yichang at a local Sichuan restaurant our guide Gary took us to. We had mentioned that our group liked spicy food so he picked a restaurant (sorry I don't remember the name) and the food there was incredible. The best supper was by far the Peking duck supper. We had never tried this type of duck before and really enjoyed seeing it roasted and cut in the restaurant. Thank you for your excellent tour package, and good luck. James Clark America

: Dear Carol, I am happy you invite me to give a comment on your service. And thank you for your good advise. Well, you have a good voice. The tour package you recommended to me was marvellous and I enjoyed it very much. The tours were very organized! Our tour guides were extremely knowledgeable of their area and where we were going. Everything was planned out for us and took any guess work out of the process for us, which was very appreciated amongst us all! Also, our driver in the city of Shanghai was excellent! He was able to navigate the city and keeping us all safe. The bus was comfortable enough to seat our entire group and was kept neat and tidy at all times. In Shanghai, I enjoyed the best museum of China, Shanghai Museum. We also did shopping on the famous street --Nanjing Road, and got on the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Later, when we got Huangshan, our guides gave us a lot of nice advises, which helped us enjoy a pleasant Huangshan.
