Dear Tom, I am very sorry for our delay reply, but we could answer in Xian and when I find a moment to answer you just now. Regarding to our visit in China, it was excellent! We truly enjoy your country and we will visit it again soon. In regards to the agency services, we were satisfied, besides something that we are not accustomed to. For example, in drinks, that was included just one glass of water or the drink we decide. In our country, this is not common. In regards to the Spanish English guides they were really competent. Hi Tom, Thank you for your recommendation of this tour package, I love this two cities very much, and it makes me to plan for a new trip to China again. I feel that I am learning Beijing with a very favorable impression of the people in the capital of China. You all have struck me as hard-working yet caring for family, curious yet serene. As your own life gets busier and busier, always take time to smell the roses. Everything was so well-organized and the guides were all interesting and well-informed about their regional areas. We never thought we could afford such personal and attentive service. The best part of our trip were the wonderful guides; we got to know each of them and it was like travelling with good friends. Hi Julia, Yes, we had an amazing time on the tour. Everything was fantastic and I can't think of anything that I would have changed. The food was excellent - every meal - and all of our guides were engaging, excellent English speakers, and very knowledgable about the cultural spots we visited. Daniel, Echo, Rebecca and Amy - all kind and generous people! Our guide went out of her way to ensure that we had a good time by arranging for us to see an amazing show on the water that was not part of the tour - we were really thankful to her for taking the time to do that. Also in Beijing, I was surprised with a birthday cake at our evening meal and that was a great way to end a memorable day there. Thank you to China Travel Depot for the thoughtfulness of that gesture. Your company is fabulous and we will recommend all the time. Dear Julia, Many thanks to you travel agency for your professional attitude. We appreciate that you always tried to do your best for the best of your customer - to make us feel comfortable. We had a full and memorable China tour (Beijing - Xian ) that we will always remember. We'd be happy to take some time and give you a response. And thank you Julia, for you gave me many useful suggestions. The Drivers were very skilled and experienced. The Driver also assisted us to get in and out of the vehicle (two of our group had knee problems) and were very courteous. And well organized. The cars were clean and comfortable. Then we got the hotel, which was clean and acceptable. The days in Beijing, we visited many places. It gave me a chance to go almost everywhere I planned to go. Our tour guide introduced these places quite clearly and we enjoyed the process. Xian is also an ancient city, and even older than Beijing, it seemed. The Terra Cotta Warriors are just as high as a real person. And the horse seems a little larger than a real one. As a whole, it is a quite grand army. If we plan another trip to China we will not hesitate to use China Travel Depot again. Thank you for your good service. All the best, Joy Holt America
