Carol, We had a wonderful time in Sanya, it truly was a spectacular journey that we will long remember. Our memory will be greatly aided by the 1,325 pictures that we took. I have culled that number to some 800 that we are in the process of putting titles on and then will post on the internet for all to enjoy. Please convey our thanks and appreciation to the guide that we highly recommended. Also, your management should recognize the tremendous effort that you expended on our behalf. Planning and coordinating a trip of 17 is not easy but you rose to the challenge and put together an exciting and wonderful tour for us. Dear Luis, Thank you for your email, sorry for the delay in replying. We got back from China last week. It is with pleasure that we can answer your email. We enjoyed our trip in Sanya. Firstly you may not know, but we got quotes from a number of travel agencies and we chose you not only because it was good value but also because we asked a lot of questions and you always answered promptly, honestly and with good information. This is really useful to have prior to the trip. You also showed flexibility with the itinerary and changes we wanted to make. We don't usually book travel online, so we were worried at first, but very pleased with your services. At all times you were responsive and professional. Our guide made a real effort to ensure that we were safe, well informed, kept warm and on time for all the times for the schedule that we had to met. The finishing touch that was so helpful was checking us in at the airports and making sure we made the departure gate - absolutely hassle free. All meals without exception were very good and several were excellent. The drivers were all great and the cars were always clean. Thanks China Travel Depot for an excellent touring experience! As this is not my first time to China and I have already visited many cities here, I chose a single city tour on your website. Your on-line booking is convenient, and the new website edition is more reasonable. This Sanya tour is marvellous and relaxed. In addition, I found that Sanya is a city where is suitable to take pictures. I have to say something about your staff. It was a very pleasant experience and we were very impressed by your good follow up, the kindness of your guides and the quality of the tour. This time, I enjoyed much free time, and I could do many things I want. I really enjoyed the sunshine on the beach, but the little pity is my skin was darker (looking more healthier and stronger!!!). I like the sun of Sanya with beautiful scenery. The hotel was great, and I can go to the beach easily. Each of your staff was individual and all seemed to be knowledge, positive and hard working. I have a wonderful lifetime memory because of your knowledge and care. Please thank our tour guides and amazing drivers who made us so welcome in beautiful China.
