Dear Carol, We came back from our trip to Guilin. I'm writing to thank you so much for everything. Our trip was so amazing and we enjoyed everything about it. All the arrangements were excellent and the guide, Richard, as well as the driver, Mr Zhang, were wonderful people. Richard was so very helpful with everything and he took great care of us in every way. I want to thank you, Carol, so much for all the arrangements, everything went very smoothly and we enjoyed so much the trip. Dear James, We would like to thank you for your kind attention. You are a wonderful guide and a wonderful person.I was very pleased with the overall organization of the trip in terms of great hotels, fluent English-speaking, knowledgeable guides and of course wonderful, exciting and interesting tours each day. The food was excellent and quite an experience for American tastes. It is obvious that China Travel Depot provides a great service for its clients at a reasonable cost. Dear Julia, When people ask us about our trip we tell them how satisfied we were with every part of the tour you arranged for us. Every driver was professional, every tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable, and all the connections worked perfectly. All of our expectations were exceeded. Thank you again for arranging such a nice tour for us.Drivers and vehicles were very nice and clean. The water provided was more than enough, even on hot days. Dear Luis, The tour was amazing! Guilin was such a beautiful and great city. Here are our comments, feel free to use my email to encourage other potential costumers. We are definitely advocates of your tours. My parents are gearing up to go next. Thank you so much for a great life time experience. We loved our guide. She was all exceptionally concerned that we have an enjoyable journey and that we were comfortable and happy the whole time we were with her. She chatted to us the information regarding their area instead of talking at us and we really appreciated that. She came to every event and waited for us to bring us back to the hotel. All the meals were of very high quality with more than enough food, especially breakfast. The driver was friendly and capable and got us everywhere on time and safely. The car was always clean. Hello, Tom! Sorry for the late response. I hope my comment will help you in return of your excellent service. All arrangements were made easily with no problems. Contact from China Travel Depot was helpful and I was made to feel that our trip was a priority for your company. The meals were plentiful and tasty. I have no suggestions. We were very satisfied with the service provided. All our guides were all very helpful and flexible to accommodate any request from ourselves. The local snack food was good, and it was fun to have a snack in the street. I have to say the river called Li was so pure that I just wanted to jump into it for swimming. (It was not allowed). Our guide told us it was the most important component of Guilin Scenery. In Yangshuo, the Big Banyan Tree and Moon Hill were unique, especially the shape of the Moon Hill. I can look over the countryside through the half moon. All in all the China Travel Depot exceeded our expectations (I was worried once I sent the money from Australia no one would be at the airport to greet us once we got to China!) and I would gladly recommend you to others.
