: Hi James, All guides and drivers had excellent attitude. A very good mention for the guide in TIBET is that her knowledge and answering was very excellent. The others guides also gave us good information. The food was great, and this was my first time to eat Zanba. Compliment for the communication when we preparing the tour, it's very pleasant to obtain an answer so fast to every question. You gave us very good information and advices. : Hello Tom, The experience was excellent!! Our guide was superb very nice and excellent English. But the restaurants selected for us were too touristy. The food was great. Thank you for your very informational tour. We loved looking at the city from your eyes. Your up-heat personality and your informative lectures made our visit very enjoyable. We enjoy trying the local foods, but we like to choose which foods, we like eating in small, quite rooms. The only suggestion for improvement is to train your tour guides to be more fluent in CONVERSATIONAL English. This would greatly improve communications of their tremendous wealth of knowledge. : Dear James, Our guide of Norbulingka was fantastic and he did an exceptional job of pacing us on the many stairs so we were never winded, and he worked us through the crowds so we always felt like we had time to see everything. I do not think that travelers are lucky enough to have had tour operators like you. You were so helpful and patient. You made the experience so pleasant even with the quarantine difficulties... you helped us recover and continue on a marvelous holiday. The experience was unforgettable for both my son and myself. My son has been nagging me to bring him back. The meal was top of the line. Cars were clean and the drivers were very friendly. It was truly an amazing experience and we have China Travel Depot.com to thank. We would absolutely recommend your tour company to anybody traveling through China. : Hello Carol, Thank you for your email and attached photos. From the beginning when I first contacted you by email I was impressed by your efficiency, the speed of your replies and by the quality of the information provided. Norbulingka is now a public park, and many Tibetans come here to lounge and enjoy time with their families during the summer months, when the park is abloom in floral beauty. There were less religion, more love. I think the Summer Palace is best visited on your own - visit during summer, bring a picnic with you and just relax for half a day, checking out the palaces, and taking some nice photos at the pond areas. I have actually recommended your company to a friend who has booked a tour with your company and I will continue to recommend your services to anyone who plan on travelling to China.
