: Dear Luis, Nice to hear from you again! The tour we made in China was very interesting, the staying in a completely different environment was exciting. The experience with the very professionally local guides gave us the possibility to know China better, to learn a lot of things about Chinese history, customs, Buddhism. Especially in Guilin, we enjoyed very much the Impression Sanjie Liu Night Show suggested by the guide, and the Reed Flute Cave was amazing..... Sure if we will decide to visit China again, we will contact you. In the meantime, we promote and recommend your agency to our friends. All the hotels chosen by you were very comfortable and in good central position. I thing that you have nothing to improve only to continue in this way. First, let me take a moment to let you know how much I enjoyed my China tour. Your planning and thoughtfulness truly made my trip to China a memorable treasure that I will often remember fondly. I especially want to thank your field staff for their time, hard work, dedication, expertise and kindness, which made my trip both delightful and pleasurable. In Beijing, the guide was on time, patient, considerate to personal needs. Answered questions on future and future was informative and had a good dispositions. We found the driver well able negotiate traffic although little English was spoken. The car was clean and safe. The hotel is very good and the staff very comprehensive, all excellent! : Dear Tom, Everything about the tour was great. Hotels more than lived up to our expectations and all the drivers were friendly and their cars were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the seemingly endless supply of water which was most welcomed in the hot weather. Your patience as I kept changing dates and the schedule for the tour to suit our other China commitments, and your quick resolution of a minor issue with our Shanghai hotel reservation were much appreciated. Thank you very much. It's hard to say what the most memorable sites were, but the Li River cruise, the Beijing Opera, the terra cotta warriors and of course the Great Wall stand out. We also really enjoyed our bicycle ride outside Yangshuo, the drive from Zhouzhuang back to Shanghai and the trip from the Ming Tombs to the Mutianyu Great Wall which provided wildly different views of rural China. I will be strongly recommending China Travel Depot to anyone who asks about our trip and we will certainly use you again if we come back to China, which we are hoping we will be able to do. : Dear Julia, I think your tour organization is very professional and well organized. There were no issues or problems encountered on the tour. Our tour guide had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable and informative. Her English was perfectly understandable and she always had our welfare and enjoyment as her highest priority. She always went out of her way to help us have a good time. I would use her again and would recommend her highly. The driver was always there when needed and his attitude was fine. He seemed to be a very safe driver and did not drive fast. The vehicle was clean all the time.The meals were tasty, plentiful and served appropriately. While we believe your website is good, it was not entirely clear that the tour we were taking was going to be so customized and private or that we could make as many changes as we did.
