Dear Tom,
Sorry for the delay but after been 3 weeks off the office I had heaps of job to do and thousands of unread emails. As an overall comment I must thank you both for the fantastic coordination of our trip, because it was even greater than we were expecting.
Found the guide's attitude to be very friendly, professional, punctual and informative. Her knowledge was brilliant, quite enjoyed the tour and knowledge on subjects were exceptionally good. She took the time to explain things in detail, learnt many things about China in a short time that I was with her. The meals were perfectly arranged. The car was very comfortable and clean and we really appreciated the water provided each day. As for the driver, he was courteous, helpful, friendly and very, very skilful.
Shanghai is a fantastic place to visit, for its culture, landscapes, food, people, the constrast between ancient and futuristic, etc, we really enjoy our experience and we will recommend it to our friends.
