: Hello Luis, Thank you very much for organizing our trip to China! Thank you for good interesting program, which gave us the opportunity to see the most significant cities and monuments of cultural heritage of China, amazing scenery. All of our local guides were very professionally and told unusually large number of interesting about Chinese history, Buddhism, about the customs, traditions. Thank you for your great professionalism in the organization of the travel. During our trip we had no problems and inconveniences. Hotels - a good level and are mostly comfortable. Good personal transport. All tickets for planes, trains, museums, everything was ready, never had any problems or delays. Thanks again, Svetlana and Dmitry Russia

: Dear Julia, Thank you for an absolutely fantastic tour of China. This tour far exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time exploring some of China’s most beautiful and interesting regions. The scenery is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen! My guides were very good. She was creative and fun to be around. All of my questions about the trip were answered in a timely manner and I always got an answer. The cars were kept clean and good temperature, the drivers provided more than enough water. They were always on time. I also enjoyed the meals. The food was very delicious. All of the drivers were all exceptional. They were courteous and helpful. They communicated well with the local guides. All the vans were clean and we felt very safe while on board. Our accommodations were excellent and the meals were very good. The breakfasts in the hotel were very good with lots of variety. For our other meals our guides made sure that we had good variety and good service. All in all, it was a great trip and we saw everything we wanted to see. We had flexibility with our itinerary and did a lot more than we would have in a regular tour. : Hello Julia, Thanks for the follow up email inquiring about our 10days’ Luxury Travel in China. We certainly enjoyed all the sights and would say that your company did a wonderful job of co-ordinating our visit. I have recommended a friend to use your company and I believe she has made contact with one of your co-workers. I was hoping she would be handled by yourself. My friends name is Carol Gossart. As I mentioned we did enjoy all the sights. There are just two points that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, our hotel room in Beijing was in need of renovation, but the room at the hotel in Xian were much better. Secondly, we were surprised to find out that our flight from Xian to Shanghai was arriving at Pudong airport and not Hong Qiao as previously indicated. I would suggest that in the future you indicate specifically which airport is being used. Before closing, I would like to send our highest praise for your selection of tour guides. Both Julia and Ivan did an outstanding job and went out of their way to show us as much as possible. Margaret Wood USA

: Dear Carol, I just wanted to thank you and your company for making my Husband's and Brother's holiday so special. They were extremely satisfied by all the ground arrangements and the tour guides. The Li River Cruse is my favorite part. This trip would have not been a success if the tour guide wasn’t there. He was such a caring Guide and in his absence his wife took every steps to get the maximum out of this trip. It has really beautiful scenery! The sight from the rooftop of the boat is awesome! The lunch was nice and cooked all fresh on the boat! The landscape is really wonderful!!! The scenery is beautiful and touts on small boats will come along side the tour boats to sell their "jade" items. I was impressed with the skill of the touts on these small boats hooking up to our tour boats. Our tour guide is a very friendly and caring person who looked after us very well. We got money worth service from him. If we would make another trip to China and we would need a guide, we would book it through your company again and hoping to receive again a guide and driver as good as this time. Thank you very much for all your help and also for the quick replies to our questions, prior to our tour. And thank you also for providing us with very professional staff. : I know that this is rather late in coming,but I really have been very busy since our return from China in May.I have been meaning to contact you to congratulate everyone at ChinaTravelDepot for the most wonderful experience of my life(and I am 60 now).The local guides were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful,even in their time off.We were welcomed by Sammy in Beijing,Brilliant in Xian,Wendy in Guilin and Jason in Shanghai.We love China so much and the people are so happy and smiling.The food was really good.We werevery impressed with the hotels.
