Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. You all did good jobs, and I enjoyed my trip very much. With respect to the guides, they were all fantastic. All were very professional, prompt (early even), and had a very good command of English. We were not disappointed with any of the guides, and in fact were impressed with all of them. The vehicles in this city were well maintained and we had no issues with the drivers. They were all very courteous and got us where we needed to be a timely and safe manner. The customer service there was excellent, the rooms were very nice and modern, and the breakfast was probably the best of all the hotels.
Our guide told me that the Lao Mountain was different from other mountain, and I can see the foot of it connecting the sea, which was really beautiful, especially in the morning sun rising. We also went to the world's No.1 bathing beach. It was huge but too many people. I can understand as it was the big tourism season.
Overall, my trip was well organized by your company and I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others. Please feel free to publish this evaluation on your website, however, please do not publish my email address. Thank you.
