Hello Carol, Lisa and I returned home to Kuala Lumpur, last night and I am at work today. I have not had access to email since the 9th of August, when I commenced leave. We wish to thank you, the trip in Xian was wonderful and all of our expectations were exceeded, we had a happy, comfortable tour. We will definitely recommend the trip to our friends here and also around the world. If you are happy, I will refer people who want to do the trip directly with you, is that OK? Dear Luis, First of all, may I thank you for the excellent cooperation, both before and during our very successful tour of Xian. It was a very pleasant experience and we were very impressed by your good follow up, the kindness of your guide and the quality of the tour. Our guide very helpful, always considerate to our specific needs and even went out of his way to help us when we needed it. He was also very good at adjusting the amount of attractions we would see. Our driver in Xian was also very helpful. He assisted with luggage and getting in and out of the van. The vehicle was very clean and had doors on both sides of the van which made it easy to get in and out. Our hotel was very clean and comfortable, with helpful staff and good facilities. Overall it was wonderful and coming back to work has been hard. I am very keen to go again to another area exploring as soon as I can. It was all so easy with everything arranged. Hi Carol, I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for your help in organizing my visit to Xian. My time in China was even more enjoyable than I had expected, and I will definitely be visiting China for more sight-seeing in the future. Everything went smoothly when I was at Xian, I visited the ancient life size Terra-Cotta Warrior Corps, its majesty reflected in my dreams even when I was back home. At Shaanxi Historical Museum, I saw many masterpieces of ancient treasures and experienced the changes of history. At night of my second day there, I enjoyed the vivid dance and music in Tang dynasty style, both the performers and their performance were very graceful!!! Congratulations on your amazing standard of service! I will definitely be contacting China travel depot the next time I am going to China. Regards, Bram Harris New Zealand

Dear Carol, We had an excellent trip and have already given your website address to 3 families who are considering similar trips. Thank you again. The Terra Cotta Warriors are magnificent and impressive. The dinner in Xian was particularly delicious. We picked food with help of our guide. Both guides John in Beijing and Ruth in Xian did very well. Guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. They also made sure we did not encounter any surprises (such as pickpockets) and gave us plenty of time for shopping. I am very glad that they were available to give so much of their time for us. As I said, I was so happy and completely satisfied with all the service provided to me from your company. One thing you could improve is that when people are traveling alone, like me, they might not want to eat alone at the restaurants. So you should allow the tour guide to eat with the customer if the customer wants to. Otherwise it can be a bit lonely. China Travel Depot is an excellent company whose attention to detail is exemplary and who spare no effort to ensure the safety and comfort of their customers. I would highly recommend them for any visitors to China. I had the best time under their care... I would definitely use China Travel Depot again in the future! Best Regards, Peter Whittle U. S. A.
