Hello Tom,

Sorry for the delay in my reply – you know after a holiday there is always a ton of work waiting at the office.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a superb trip – we really enjoyed our experiences in China and were especially impressed by the service we received from our guides throughout. They were always willing to go the extra mile or show us a new attraction. We really enjoyed the historical sights in Beijing and Xian – also being avid sports fans we were happy to be taken to the Beijing Olympic stadium. Our last destination is shanghai, where we flied back to Australia, here we walked along the Bund, the classic image of Shanghai and the city's main attraction. Sweeping along the western side of the Huangpu River, the majestic buildings date back to Shanghai's grandest days. It’s really terrific!

Being in a foreign country where very few people are fluent in English can be daunting however it was not a problem at all – Thank you for a well organized, hassle free trip.

Kind regards,

First of all I want to thank you very much,on my behalf and on behalf of my wife, all the people who contributed in the preparation and the making of this wonderful China tour.

All aspects of the tour were carried out as planned without delays and as expected. I recommend strongly to those who are planning to visit China to do it with China Travel Depot!

All meals were fantastic. I would recommend the show and dinner at Xian and Peking duck dinner in Beijing to friends and family.

We felt that this China trip was extremely satisfactory. Our tour guide in Beijing was especially good. We would like to extend our warmest thanks to her for making our trip so fantastic, and we only wished we had more time in Xian.

I want to say something impressive in each city. Beijing: The Great Wall was awesome, generally the group did not like the Chinese opera (Monkey King was a bit childish, but I appreciate the history of it all). Shanghai: Wonderful city, great architecture, we wish we had another day there to hang out and go to the nightclubs. Old town was well worth the trip (very local). Acrobatic show was also good and I believe these performers are probably the ones that eventually make it to shows like Cirque de Solei.

All in all, I love my China trip, and I hope to travel China again in some other cities.

Sincerely,
Thomas Keynes, U.S.A

Dear Carol,
As promissed I am sending you my detailed feedback to be published on your site. You can publish also my email address. Before starting the tour we were afraid about the rainy weather, being monsoon season, but we were extremely lucky as only 1 day of 8 were with drizzle.

I can start saying that the golden tour paid off all the money as the accomodation, meals and sightseeings were perfect and flawless. We didnt have any default in tour timing and we succeeded to accomplish all. Everiything was really excellent. The local guides were very professional, skilled, supportive and flexible to any adjustments we asked for. The food was delicious . We can not pinpoint the best meal because we liked them most.

The most impressive tour station to me is Beijing. The route of Great Olympic was great. I enjoyed these magnificent gyms and stadiums. The Shaanxi Historical Museum, (which I have been before) I enjoyed it more the second time round and would recommend it to be a must-see in Xian. Of course, the main attraction is the Warriors which is mind-boggling.

Over all we really enjoyed every single day of our 8 days trip and we would definitely recommend China Travel Depot to all of our friends and to anybody planning a trip to China.

Best regards,
Pedro Gonzalez
