We are pleased to give you feedback on our tour to Harbin and Yabuli, which we were very happy with. We were so impressed and completely satisfied with all the service provided to us from your company - from your amazing website, all long e-mail traffic before starting the tour and all details during the tour. Everything was organized and done perfectly well.
My wife and I had a wonderful trip! Thank you for sending the photo taken with the ice lantern sculptures in Harbin. Those glittering sculptures are fabulous! They were carved by craftsmen in Harbin with modern technologies and ice from the Songhua River, making an ice-lantern artform unique to northern China.
Both guides were very helpful, with good English skills and excellent knowledge about sites, history and people. They were not only professional guides, but really kind people as well, creative and fun to be around. All of them were very attentive with our needs and with excellent insight regarding any question we could have.
We would definitely use China Travel Depot again in future. You are an excellent company with attention to details and who spare no effort to ensure our safety and comfort. We would highly recommend your services to our friends and any visitors to China.
