"": Hi James, We appreciated the local guides, who for the most part were helpful in providing information and responding to questions. They always acted professionally and were considerate of our needs. All the guides had good information and we enjoyed hearing about the history and context for the sites we visited. In terms of China Travel Depot, we greatly appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into our itinerary. We saw a wide variety of cities and sights that made our trip interesting and memorable. "": Dear James, Thank you so much for all your help. We thoroughly enjoyed our whole Chinese holiday and are already declaring it one of the best ever. Everything ran like clockwork and we had a brilliant time. Already other people are asking us how we arranged everything and have expressed interest in visiting China themselves, so of course we have recommended your company extremely highly. I enclose the photos that I took when we had the good time in Hohhot. Henry was a terrific guide. Thank you also for the presents you gave us. I took them to school this week to show my class! Please tell Henry that they said “Good Morning” to the whole school in assembly, in Chinese, and are thrilled that they know how to answer the register in a new language! "": Dear James, I must apologize for the long delay in answering your email. It isn't very long ago since we returned home after enjoying ourselves visiting many countries. From the moment we arrived in Xilamuren Grassland and until we departed we experienced the most wonderful journey that anyone could imagine. Your email service was first class. We had a personal guide and driver in each location. All transfers and flights between cities were included- and they not only picked us up from the airport, they got our boarding passes and stayed with us up to security when we were flying out. Our guide was our eyes and ears. He looked for us every minute. He was available 24/7. The car was clean. The driving was good; we never had any worries about the driving. The driver always opened the doors and packed the luggage. He was always well mannered. overall, and we do certainly recommend China Travel Depot to our friends. "": Hello Luis, At the outset, let me compliment you for an excellent online service. Your services on land too were very good. Of the meals served on tour, the Farewell Dinner, without a doubt was the best. My guide was very helpful in suggesting a few dishes which she thought I should order; her suggestions were excellent. All the guides were courteous and hard working and were always available for our needs, including giving a contact number incase of emergency. The guides all had a good command of English but were also keen to improve their phraseology. All drivers were GREAT! Not having to worry about directions or parking made our touring fast and efficient. With all your efforts, I enjoyed a marvellous journey on the grassland. I do not have any objection to my comments and my email being published. I can strongly recommend you to anyone who might be contemplating a visit to China in the near future.
