Chongqing Wulong Exploration 

Furong Cave, located in Wulong County, was discovered in May 1993 and  famous for its limestone cave. It is the largest limestone cave complex, called "an underground artistic palace and a  cavern scientific museum",which has been found in the world,and is actually the nominated place for World Natural Heritage in China . Of the limestones ,the main part is 2700 meters long.

On the first day,it takes you 2 hours from Chongqing Chaotianmen Bus Station to Wulong by coach in the morning,or you can catch the train from Chongqing North Railway station. You are suggested to take the morning train in order to  spend more time in the scenic spots. Upon your arrival in Wulong, take the minibus to Jiangzhou town. Visit the famous Natural Three Bridges, located in the southeast, 20 kilometers away from Jiangkou Town, which is famous for its geological wonder. The three grand stone arch bridges are named Tianlong, Qinglong and Heilong respectively. Spend more time there to enjoy its outstanding presence.  Visit the Furong Cave in the afternoon. Another suggestion is to visit the "Five Highlights" in its underground arts palace, namely Coral Jasper Lake (Shanhu Yaochi in Chinese), The Source of Life, gigantic Waterfalls, Stone Crystal Flower Pool and the forefather of Stone Flower. You can also experience the exciting the glider over the river in the air. Stay overnight in the Jiangkou Town.

On the second day, take a cruise along the Furong River (which is also called Pangu River) after breakfast. There are two kinds ways. The first one is called Entertainment Drifting, which commences from the Sanjiang Entrance to Jiangkou and is a distance of 8 kilometers , the other one is the 'Interesting & Exciting One', starting from the following three sites, Shanmen Gorge, Miao Zhai, and Liansan Beachland  respectively. It is said that the most interesting one is the cruise  from Liansan Beachland, which lasts for 18 kilometers, passing 26 beach lands, is the prime course in the Furong River and you will feel excited after spending time there. After that, take the minibus in Wulong bus station and head for Xiannv Mountain National Forest Park. 

On the third day,you can visit the Xiannv Mountain for the beautiful scenery in the grassland with the local manners and customs of the South, and hiking is a wonderful choice if you like.By the way.you can also taste the roast lamb during your trip.
