with you sets out what you are legally entitled to expect

2.What is our China Flights

Those flight booking services are as advertised by us but
may also have restrictions which should be read carefully. Because
we sell wide variety of travel products, you should read our terms
and conditions carefully before you book, to see if they affect your
specific travel arrangements made by us.
By submitting us to confirm your reservation, you are accepting
on behalf of all persons traveling on this booking that the terms and
conditions, which incorporate the information, restriction and obligations,
constitute the entire agreement between us with regard to your booking
and your travel arrangement. You also consent to proceed with our policy
of privacy and security, reservation and payment, cancellation and
refund.
This product offers you a broad range of flights in more

and updated when we are connected with China Airline Real-Time Search
Engine and Reservation System.

Whether you book alone or as a group, we will only deal
with the lead booking name in all subsequent correspondence, including
changes, amendments and cancellations. You must be over 18 years old
and possess the legal capability and authority to book as the lead
name and travel on holidays with us. You are responsible for ensuring
the accuracy of the personal details or any other information supplied
in respect of yourself and any other persons traveling on the booking
and for passing on any information regarding the booking or any changes
made in relation hereto, to all persons traveling on such booking,
including but not limited to information on schedule changes or copies
of booking confirmation.
It is a condition of your booking with us that you and
all other members of your party, including infants and children, are
adequately insured on holiday.
Any person who is under 18 years old must be accompanied
by an adult on his or her journey.
We strongly recommend you place your booking as early as possible
for your own benefit when we have enough time to deal with the payment
, change and cancellation.
Reservation should be made at least 24 hours prior to your
flight departure date in China. We will instantly confirm your reservation
online and send confirmation letter to your e-mail address instantly.
If any detail on the confirmation letter is not correct or complete
tell us immediately. If there is an obvious error on the confirmation
letter we reserve the right to correct it as soon as we become aware
of it.
Reservation within 24 hours prior to your flight departure
date in China should be made only by e-mail or phone call and the
reservation may be accepted or confirmed by e-mail with airfare quote
based on availability.

3.Payments for China
Flights
Before your place a booking all prices we advertise are
accurate including airport and oil tax at the date of published, but
we reserve the right to change any of those prices from time to time
in accordance with the change of prices from the airlines. The Prices
can go up or down. You will be able to find and see the updated price
of your chosen flight before submitting your booking.
After you receive the confirmation letter, any increase
of the airfare will be absorbed by ChinaTravelDepot of supplying your
flight tickets resulting from oil, airport tax, and currency fluctuations.
If any change in our costs would cause a reduction in your airfare,
we will not make any refunds.
We will remind you by e-mail about full payment in order
to secure your reservation. We strongly recommend you complete the
full payment as early as possible so that we can arrange and ticket
your flights smoothly and properly.
No Deposit-We do not charge any deposit
for reservation, we stock everything for your interests.
Full Payment:Your punctual full payment
is strictly required to secure your reservation and ticketing.
The ticket will be issued only after we have received the
full payment. Full payment should be completed within 12 hours after
the instant confirmation for your submitted reservation. Otherwise
your reservation will be cancelled automatically
4.Cancellations and
Refunds for China Flights
If you want to cancel your booking or
part of it, you must advise us in writing to chinaflights@ChinaTravelDepot.com by
e-mail or 0086-10-58158822 by fax.. The letter must be signed by
the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect
to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. If you do not then
please contact us to ensure your letter has been received.
The airfares published on our
website are quite restrictive and carry cancellation charges imposed
by the airlines ranging from 10% to 100%. Therefore, There will be 10-100% cancellation fee after the
ticket is issued. Any
penalties after flight tickets are issued will be your responsibility.
We recommend that you do not book tickets
with high penalty charges for changes or cancellation.
To cover the cost of processing your cancellation
and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell
the air ticket, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown
below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying
this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your
cancellation notice or letter, the cancellation charges from the
related airlines, or how you would like us to deal with your payment
providing that we have received your full payment for the flights
and tickets are issued.

months. If your future booking in our updated costs would cause a

5.If we cancel your flight
reservation
We aim to provide your flight tickets as booked. But we reserve the
right to cancel your reservation if we have reasons to believe that
your payment condition, health conditions may affect us to carry
out the flight arrangements. We will remind you automatically and
continuously about the payment status for the reserved tours by e-mails
or fax . We are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused
by the cancellation.
If we cancel your reservation after receipt of your full payment,
we will refund full payment received within 7 days.
Please kindly understand that your co-operation for punctual payment
will not only protect your reservation and ticket, but help us to serve
you and more people efficiently and smoothly.
6.If we change the
flight you have booked
We hope that we will not have to make any changes to your flights,
but we sometimes do need to make changes based on the local situation.
We reserve the right to modify your flight if flight seat availability
changes, and/or events beyond our control make such alterations necessary.
If you have already booked with confirmation letter from us, we will
let you know as soon as possible. We may offer you flight alternatives
if the original flight is not available. You can accept or refuse the
alternative so that we can keep or cancel your reservation accordingly.
Important note-events beyond our control
Events beyond our control include: war, threat of war, riots, civil
disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and
nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, technical problems
with transport including changes due to rescheduling or cancellation
of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type
for reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers; closed or
congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential
severe weather conditions, and any other similar events.
7. Travel Document
for China Flights
A valid passport and necessary visas or permits are required when
you book the air ticket and check in at airports in China. All such
documentation is the sole responsibility of yours, though our professional
travel consultant may assist you in applying for the necessary travel
documentation upon your request. We accept no responsibility or liability
whatsoever for your failure to obtain appropriate documentation.
8. Medical Issues
You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical,
emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention
before your flight reservation, or may require the use of special
equipment. If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own
small, collapsible wheelchair. Some of airport in China are not wheelchair-accessible
and we cannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility
in the airports or onboard.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any participant’s reservation
whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment
of you and other participants.
We cannot accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy.
If you have a condition as contemplated herein, you travel at your
own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, damages you may suffer
relating to such as condition, including without limitation loss of
special equipment, lack of assistance with or accommodation of special
needs, and unavailability of medical assistance or treatment.
Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating
that s/he is fit to travel and her/his blood pressure and heart condition
are normal in case that the very high altitude have the possible effects
on certain people.
We are not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment you
may require during your stay. Under no circumstances is China Travel
Depot responsible for the quality of medical care, or lack thereof,
you may receive while on the flight.
9. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is indispensable for you while staying and
traveling in China and we highly recommend that you purchase
full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin
for your full benefits and travel protections. We are
not responsible for any injury, loss, damage to persons
or property when you are taking flights.
We may decline or cancel the flight reservation
if you do not have any travel insurance from your country of origin.
Please consult the licensed and professional
insurance company at your country of origin before your departure
for China for your own benefits and protection.
Air Accident Insurance is excluded in the air tickets issued.
You can buy Air Accident Insurance by yourself at the Insurance Desk
before you check in at the airport.
10. Complaints
and claims
If you have a complaint about your flight arrangement, you must
immediately notify the supplier of the service in question locally.
If they are unable to resolve the problem immediately, you should
contact us straight away by telephone/fax/email and we will endeavor
to assist. If you are still not satisfied on your return home,
you must write to our Customer Services within 14 days of returning
from your holiday to allow your complaint to be investigated
properly. Please write your booking number, and include your
daytime and evening telephone numbers. If you do not give us
the opportunity to resolve any problem locally by reporting it
to the supplier, then we may not be able to deal positively with
any complaint on your return.
11.Our responsibility
for your flights
We are not responsible if the airline does not carry out its
duties properly while you are using the flight services that
we have arrange for you, and that fault results in your injury,
illness, or death, the airline may make a payment to you.
We are not responsible if an airline cancels or delays a flight for
any reasons including weather. If you are unable to make your departure,
it is your responsibility to work with the airline on which you are
ticketed to reach your destination. We are not responsible for any
additional expenses you may incur and we will not provide any refund
for portions of trips missed due to cancellation or delayed flights.
China Travel Agent Responsibility Insurance is not applicable where
only flight booking are purchased through us, and it is not applicable
while you are taking part in an activity which is not part of flight
service we have arranged for you including free time on your own.
The responsibility of China Travel Depot and its affiliated companies
are strictly limited. We shall not be responsible for any wrongful
or negligent acts, omissions, or failure to act of any suppliers. By
utilizing the flight services of the suppliers, you agree that you
will look to such suppliers for any accident, injury, property damage,
or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you, and that neither
China Travel Depot nor any representative of China Travel Depot shall
be liable.
Without limitation, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or
damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection
with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services
occasioned by or resulting from—but not limited to—acts of God or force
majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes
or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any
kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other
failure of airplanes of other means of transportation or for the failure
of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, sanitation
problems, lack of medical care, or for any other cause beyond our direct
control. We are not responsible for the stolen and lost of your valuable
items due to your own negligence.
We are not responsible for your failure to comply with customs regulations.
If we have cancelled any flight reservation after receiving your full
payment , we are liable for a full refund of the money received within
7 days.
We reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors at any
time, or to increase the program price in the event of cost increases
due to changes in airfares, currency fluctuations, taxes, or fuel surcharges
before confirmation letter for your flight reservation is issued.
12.Communications
Whenever you need any help or want to contact us for any reason,

We reserve the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions
in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
13.Baggage
Allowance
In
accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil
Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg
for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for
the first class.
One
carry-on luggage is allowed for economy class passenger and it
should be under 5Kg and within 20X40X55cm in size. Excess baggage
charges are the sole responsibility of the client.
Regulations
within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device
attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal
by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
